A reservation is considered provisionally until 100% payment is made to confirm the booking unless otherwise agreed and accepted.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing a booking will only be regarded as being confirmed once the resort has received the relevant deposit or payment and the resort confirms the booking in writing.
Confirmations of bookings are subject to availability.
Room rates are subject to change without notice.
Guests requiring airport transfers, arrival time / departure time and flight details should be provided to the resort at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date.
Guests requiring city hotel transfers, hotel name and pick up time / drop off time must be provided to the resort at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date.
The “Guest Information Form” must reflect the correct information, and guest should immediately inform the resort in writing of any changes. Guest shall furnish the resort with complete and accurate information pertaining including but not limited to, special occasions, dietary requirements, medical conditions, allergies, and other specific requirements of the guest. This is for operational purposes and to ensure that the resort can best serve our guest’s needs.
All reservation amendments or cancellations are valid only if made in writing by email.
When booking “Special Rates”, your credit card will be charged for the entire stay at the time of booking and the cost is completely non-refundable. A cancellation will result in forfeit of the cost of the reservation.
Payments shall be made directly to the resort by cash, bank transfer, internet banking or telegraphic transfer, Visa Card or Master Card credit cards.
